Shipping and Delivery Information (Australia)

We deliver orders nationwide across Australia using Australia Post, Direct Freight, and StarTrack, with tracking details provided via email. Shipping costs can be calculated directly from the cart page before checkout for your convenience.

In some cases, orders may arrive in multiple shipments due to factors such as pre-ordered items, limited truck space with our shipping partners, missed pick-up by the carriers or daily pick-up limitations when a high volume of orders accumulates at our warehouse.

To ensure the safe and secure delivery of your order, our shipping partners require a signature upon delivery. If you prefer your order to be left at your address without a signature, please select the 'Authority to Leave' option at checkout or include this request in your order message. We will instruct our shipping partners to leave your order in a secure location.

Many items with extra-long packaging cannot be delivered to a local post office, PO Box, or Parcel Locker. 

Please note that Australia Post may use their discretion when delivering parcels. If no secure location is available, your order may be redirected to the nearest Post Office. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend providing detailed delivery instructions. If you need to update your shipping preferences after dispatch, you can do so via Australia Post's 'MyPost' portal.

Address Updates

It is essential that accurate shipping information is provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping and handling fees that may arise from providing incorrect shipping details. Pick-ups are scheduled the next business day. However, requesting an address change after placing an order may lead to delays in delivery and dispatch, as the shipping process will need to be re-initiated by our shipping partner.

Order Dispatch

We strive to dispatch orders on the next business day whenever possible. However, some delays may occur due to late pick-ups from our freight partners or order backlogs at the warehouse. While we aim for prompt dispatch, next business day dispatch is NOT guaranteed for all orders. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us in advance at info@mycoathangers.com.au

Estimated Delivery Time (After Dispatch)

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time. The estimated delivery times provided below are for reference only and are based on the estimates given by our freight partners:

NSW, VIC, QLD SA Metro :  2 - 5 business days after dispatch

WA, NT TAS Metro : 4 - 9 business days after dispatch

Other Area 5 - 14 business days after dispatch

 

Separate deliveries might sometimes occur from AUS post, Star Track and Direct Freight due to limited truck/van space, or miss collection from local depot.

Tracking Information

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become available from our shipping partners after dispatch.

 

Order Pick-Up

If you would like to arrange a pick-up from our warehouse, please contact us via email before placing your online order to schedule a suitable time. Please note that only commercial vehicles are permitted for pick-ups. All pick-up requests must be made via email and will be prioritized before dispatch.

Missing Items from Your Order

If any items are missing from your order, please contact us at info@mycoathangers.com.au. We will investigate the issue with our shipping partners and warehouse as soon as possible, whether it’s a case of missing cartons from depots or a lost parcel during transit. We will re-send the missing items for you.

Urgent Orders

If you need your order urgently or require same-day delivery, please email us at info@mycoathangers.com.au before placing your order. Orders will otherwise be dispatched within our normal time frame of 1-2 business days and shipped via road express services.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-orders are placed for items that have not yet been released or are temporarily out of stock. These items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Pre-order items are marked with an estimated restock date, please note that delays due to shipment or customs clearance may occur, and the estimated date cannot be guaranteed.

Incorrect Product Delivered

If you mistakenly receive the wrong product, please notify us as soon as possible via email with a photo for verification. We will promptly send you the correct item and arrange for the return and collection of the incorrect product at NO extra cost to you.

Delivery Failure

It is crucial that the shipping address provided is correct. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping and handling fees due to incorrect addresses. Re-delivery will be attempted within 5 business days after a failed first attempt. If two delivery attempts fail, we will send an email to confirm the shipping address before parcel return back. (All costs incurred during re-deliveries will be deducted from the order amount when processing the refund.)

 

Lost or Damaged Parcel During Transit

If a freight partner loses or damaged your order during transit, we will cover the cost of re-delivery and send a replacement order at no charge. Please ensure the shipping address provided is 100% correct. The replacement order will be dispatched once our freight partner officially declares the original order lost or damage, which can take up to 7 working days.

 

Bulk Orders

For bulk orders of 1,000 units or more per style, please email us at info@mycoathangers.com.au beforehand so we can verify inventory availability prior to placing your order.
